I will make note of Watari's list. As I recall, his most recent updates already had candidates that were twice nominated and a list of new nominees. They should be contacted, one way or another, and asked of their willingness to participate. There were some reluctant nominees, and I am less sure what to do with them than those who would dedicate themselves to the role.
