Yeah. There're people that'll still hold faith over science though, if you push them.

[This next part takes a while, but this is Ceasar's brother, and Ceasar is almost a companion to her, so she adds it. Albert probably won't realize what the admission is to her] To my people, a "day" was the time it took the voidworld to orbit it's suns -- 285 standard days. The planet spun at the same speed that it revolved, so "day" and "year" are the same. To clarify time, we used "cycles," which are about forty-five standard years.

I suppose that doesn't help though.

My people... before the Collapse we lived to be a little over four cycles. Some of our elders reached five. But a long, long time ago we made an exchange which decimated our planet and changed our species. We live forever now... or so we assume. I myself am now close to some eighty-nine cycles in age, with the only lasting side-effect being my memory.
