You will need to also be willing to micromanage your groups with tasks, and assign tasks that no one wants to be left with; for example, when the barrier fell awhile back, Lloyd Irving had the unenviable task of staying behind and guarding the village. During the last experiment, everyone focused so much on stopping the vampires that houses were literally left to burn to the ground.

I'm sure you, as your own groups' leaders, are willing to delegate those tasks.

There will be cases where you will need researchers or those with knowledge of machinery and technology to come along with your groups. For those cases, I believe Professor Sage and Yuan's experience will be very useful.
