I hardly see the point of attempting the census in this situation. ["Or ever."] You will never have a complete picture of the village's inhabitants.

This situation makes things a bit more difficult. It is something that needs to be done between cycles... and besides, this is more of a survey gathering information on those who have found themselves altered.

There are still the usual inhabitants. If I had a better cross reference involved for all of these people who are experiencing changes, it might paint a better picture to how many are being effected at large... or at least, those experiencing changes immediately.
