I would like to call a meeting in the very near future. We have much to talk about -- the tunnels, the desert, the fort, the ruins. In addition, we have the matter of a destructive new resident who had to be forcefully neutralized; Sir Golbez, another newcomer, can report on the matter.

Your thoughts on meeting soon, everyone. Mark is unfortunately absent due to our captors.

[Albert is finally heeding his body's need for nourishment, going out to shop for groceries. He has a lot on his mind -- but really, when does he not?]

[Rune flutters from Albert's head to sit on a perch set up near the window, leaving the redhead to prepare for bed.

He didn't know whether to hope that Caesar would be there in the morning or not.]

[It is past midnight when Caesar opens the door. He steps out of the room, welcoming the coldness. He makes his way to the sitting room, near the window where Rune's basket is placed. He pulls out the pair of gloves he didn't have the courage to hand it to Albert earlier, and lays them beside the basket.

He looks outside. There are still some lighted windows in the village, and he idly spends time locating them in the map he has created inside his head. After all, it isn't his decision. If the morning comes to him, he'll still be there. If it does not, it wouldn't matter anymore.]

[ooc: It's too bad that the gloves won't be there after the event. :( Albert might have a sense of deja vu when he tells himself he needs new gloves, though.

Should we end it here? We can explore some more dysfunctional love at the DR. :|]
