[Aaaand timeskip. Albert heads out towards the library, once again in coat and scarf. He had been meaning to speak with Haruki for about a week now, so his response was fortunate.]

For all his flaws, Haruki Suzumiya is fairly impeccable about timing and showing up first ~~which is why he makes penalties all the time for showing up last~~ so he's leaning against the wall]

I had told you before that I thought it peculiar that the Malnosso had not reacted. Apparently they were very aware about what had happened, but made no move to do anything about it. And its presence was not an experiment of any kind. [He's extrapolating just a bit, but with good reason; he's quite aware of how nervous Haruki currently appears.]

Yeah, which is weird, really. I mean what's up with letting some alien march on in here?

...I did, after he moved out of the village there. His name's C'Thun and he's apparently from a group of galactic police officers or something. they picked up the beacon and I have somehow written it in their language. My symbol, I mean.
