He will return. He was doubtful of it, but I'm sure he will return. How they stabilize his body without the Rune is another matter.

[And Raine heads out for her walk. She hasn't brought her journal with her, just a small book she had been using for drawing. She'll stop occasionally, sometimes studying the area, or sometimes just seeming very distracted.]

[Despite the weather, Albert fetches his coat and scarf before heading out. He heads out into the forest as well, taking in the sights silently.]

[Raine hasn't gone very far, so it won't be long before he catches up to her. She's faintly distracted, though shakes her head out of it when she notices his approach, giving him a small wave.]

[Albert nods in greeting as he sees Raine acknowledge him, walking closer.]

A walk, Professor? [He sounds skeptical.]

[She shrugs a little, but takes note of his tone.] ... I was looking out the window, for a while. It just seemed like a good idea.

... You don't agree?

I've... been a little restless. I thought that walking around might help with organizing my thoughts.

It likely has to do with a number of factors, though I'm ... uncertain as to how to put a name to them.

[Albert remains quiet, certain that Raine will find the words to explain.]

[Raine's honestly not sure where to start without seeming like she's "justifying" herself, but after a few quiet moments, she begins]

I suppose one of them is ... I've been having more recollections lately. Not just in those little flashes... some come in dreams, or when I'm not really paying attention to things. Some of them... match up with a few notes I found in my room.

Most of the time... it's as if they belong to someone else. I can recall them... but it doesn't feel connected to me.
