[For all intents and purposes, Albert shouldn't be outside of the house. He especially shouldn't be doing any sort of work that will strain his neck. And yet, he's crouched over a flowerbed with a listless expression, pulling weeds. Oh, how the mighty have fallen?]

[It's probably a good thing that Luc had not met Albert prior to arriving in Luceti. That would have made this entire situation that much more worrisome. He shakes his head, as if saying "So?"]

[The silence is kind of bothering him too. He shifts somewhat awkwardly.]

...So why're you gardening anyway? Is it a hobby of yours?

[Albert nods, somewhat amused that Luc feels awkward. Teenage uncertainty, isn't it? It should be noted that the Pale Gate mark on his forehead hasn't disappeared since he returned.]
