[For all intents and purposes, Albert shouldn't be outside of the house. He especially shouldn't be doing any sort of work that will strain his neck. And yet, he's crouched over a flowerbed with a listless expression, pulling weeds. Oh, how the mighty have fallen?]

[Yuan happens to be passing by, somehow feeling more restless than usual these days. He stops to watch Albert, raising an eyebrow. Gardening before health? Really?]

[Restlessness in the days of spring. You should be able to relate, Yuan. Albert continues pulling at weeds. It's a nice change from four walls and a bed.]

[Yeah, tugging little plants out of the ground must be very fulfilling.]

Look who's up and about.

[They're weeds. Their usefulness is only measured in their ability to make a nice-looking flowerbed -- and they all fail spectacularly. Albert snorts and stops his weeding, raising a brow at Yuan.]

[Wonderful priorities you have there, Albert. Yuan just gives him half a smirk in response. It's not really a smirk, but you definitely can't call it smile.]

At least the weather is nice enough for gardening.

[Albert nods stiffly, his brow still raised at the other man. He coughs slightly before attempting to speak.]

...Bored?

[Eh? Another surly redhead doing things he shouldn't? Have a wordless helping hand, Albert; Sheena kneels down to start yanking them out too]

[Albert has to sit back to properly look at the newcomer. He looks at Sheena's back silently, unsure of what she's doing here.]

[pulling weeds, just like you're doing. This is her way of letting bygones be bygones and getting over how angry she still was about Raine moving out. Plus this way Albert expends less energy and gets in less trouble]

[Albert dusts at his hands, sighing deeply, contemplatively. He coughs.]

[What's this? Albert's gardening? But Luc's pretty sure that kid was saying he was injured. He pauses in his admittedly aimless walk to...watch, for now.]

[Oh, he most certainly is injured; his turtleneck can't quite hide all of his bandages. He continues to work, a growing pile of weeds to one side.]

[Albert blinks at the familiar voice, and has to shift his entire torso to look over at the inquirer. He could be resting, but he just chooses not to.]

You don't look all that great, you know. Pulling weeds probably isn't the best thing for you to be doing right now.

[Albert sits up and looks in Genis' direction as he approaches. He smirks wryly, imitating someone falling asleep.]

[Can't help but grin at that. Oh Albert, being sneaky around Raine, are you?]

Good job. It's great to see you outside; being in bed all day really sucks. But- you sure you're well enough to be out like this...?

[It's terribly easy to be sneaky when Raine takes naps; she doesn't seem to be a particularly light sleeper. At Genis' question, Albert shrugs dismissively and gestures at the small pile of weeds. It's not as if he's trying to run a marathon in his condition.]

[Doesn't help that she works herself into exhaustion, either. Genis looks at the weeds and crouches beside Albert.]

Well, I guess doing this is fine. Just hope that Raine doesn't catch you or anything.
